Event Vendor Info Guidelines / Rules 

Event Vendors:

Event Setup:

We will require any and all setup for the event to be done

on Saturday the 20th between the hours of 8am and 10am.

Setup may be arranged for Friday the 19th as well.

 

Event Staff:

We will require a headcount and list of staff members that will be in attendance for the 20th Event. Staff will be limited to 2 members per vendor.

If the supplier requires more than the two employees, the additional personnel will pay the general admission fee.

 

Racing / Competition :

If a vendor plans on participating in the Drift Competition or Drag Racing, the associating fees must be paid separately from the Vendor Space.

VENDOR AGREEMENT, REGULATIONS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION

 

NO EXCEPTIONS

The deadline for us to receive your final payment is August 30; we will resell your space, and you will lose your deposit. You may pay in full at the time you send in your application, which would be greatly appreciated. We accept All Major Credit Cards. Remember to make a copy for yourself and mail the original copy to:

You will be notified of your acceptance.

 

REFUNDS

We will not be offering refunds due to bad weather or under any other circumstance.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items will not be displayed, sold, or dispersed: Firearms, pornography of any kind, controlled substances of any kind, drug-related paraphernalia, fireworks, or offensive or profane items. Prostitution and gambling are prohibited. There will be no outside food or beverages without prior written approval from Performance Entertainment, LLC. Performance Entertainment, LLC has the option of removing the vendor from the lot without the refund of any vendor fee payment. Performance Entertainment, LLC will have exclusive rights to all event novelties

(i.e. t-shirts, event pins, etc.).

 

** Performance Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to refuse (prior to) OR remove the event any vendor whose products are not compatible with the above set of rules. Please ask about any questionable items in advance.

 


 

SALES TAX

Vendor shall comply with all Ohio state laws and local ordinances regarding the sale of specialty items. The undersigned agrees and understands that they handle the distribution of all applicable state and local sales tax to proper agencies.

 

VENDOR SPACES

Vendor spaces may not be split, shared, resold or subleased. The use of generators is permitted, after approval from an authorized Performance Entertainment, LLC employee. All vendors with rigs and trailers to be displayed must call first to arrive at the assigned time to be placed in the vendor area.

SECURITY

Security will be provided through the night; however Performance Entertainment, LLC cannot handle any losses. If you have any other problems during the event, there will be several staff members on site to assist you.
