Sponsor Info Descriptions

 

Event Sponsorship Descriptions:

Presenting Sponsorship

A Presenting Sponsor will be given the Title Headline “Street Life Tour Presented by

(Company Name)”. The Company Logo will be displayed on the every flyer, promotional videos, event apparel, vehicle stickers, and included in every web-based advertisement as well as conventional advertising ( Radio, Magazine, Television, and Newspaper).

We request that a sufficient amount of Banners, Vinyls/Stickers, Product ( Apparel, Drink, etc.), are all present in order to actually display the company name around the facility. We would also request that a small staff from the Presenting Sponsor Company be present to hand out Product, Door Prizes, etc

Presenting Sponsors will be given 30 Free General Admission Entries to the Event.

 

Secondary Sponsor

A Secondary Sponsor will be given the Sponsored by Headline “Street Life Tour Sponsored by 
(Company Name )”. They will also have their name on every flyer, every website posting, and mentioned in every advertisement (Radio, Magazine, Television, and Newspaper ).

We request that a sufficient amount of Banners, Vinyls/Stickers, Product ( Apparel, Drink, etc…), are all present in order to effectively display the company name around the facility. We would also request that a small staff from the Secondary Sponsor Company be present to hand out Product, Door Prizes, etc…

Secondary Sponsors will be given 15 Free General Admission Entries to the Event.

 

Drift Competition Sponsor

A Drift Competition Sponsor will be given the Sponsored by Headline “Street Life Tour Drift Competition Sponsored by (Company Name)”. A Drift Competition Sponsor will have their Banners, Vinyls/Stickers, on the Drift Cars, In the Driver Hospitality Area, Around the Race Track, and On the Judging Tower. We would request that a sufficient amount of Banners, Vinyls/Stickers, and Product is present to effectively cover the Drift Area of the Facility. We would also request that a small staff from the Drift Competition Sponsor Company be present to hand out Product, Door Prizes, etc…

Drift Competition Sponsors will be given 10 Free General Admission Entries to the Event.

 

Supporting Sponsor

A Supporting Sponsor will be permitted to have their Banners, Vinyls /Stickers available for participants. Supporting sponsors names and logos will appear on all print flyers, website posts, and social media outlet posts. We would also request that a small staff from the Supporting Sponsor Company be present to hand out Product, Door Prizes, etc…

Drift Competition Sponsors will be given 5 Free General Admission Entries to the Event.

 

Offered to All Sponsors

Sponsors will be given ample space to setup booths at the venue in the primary traffic areas. 
Booths may include and are not limited to; outdoor marketing materials, tents, signs, inflatables, aerial devices, and models.

The facility will be open to Sponsors the Friday before the event to setup and will be secured and monitored overnight. Sponsors must supply a list of names for Event Entry. Otherwise standard admission fee will apply.

We will require any and all setup for the Event to be done

On Friday the 18th between the hours of Noon and 6 pm. 
And Saturday the 19th between the hours of 8 am and 10 am.

Event Staff:

We will require a headcount and list of Staff Members that will be in attendance for the 20th Event.

Staff will be limited to 10 members.

If the sponsor requires more than ten staff members, they must use a quantity of the 30 Free General Admission Entries.

 

Secondary Sponsor:

 

Event Setup:

We will require any and all setup for the Event to be done

on Friday the 18th between the hours of Noon and 6 pm.

And Saturday the 19th between the hours of 8 am and 10 am.

Event Staff:

We will require a headcount and list of Staff Members that will be in attendance for the 20th Event.

Staff will be limited to 6 members.

If the sponsor requires more than six staff members, they must use a quantity of the 15 Free General Admission Entries.

 

Drift Competition Sponsor:

on Friday the 18th between the hours of Noon and 6 pm.

And Saturday the 19th between the hours of 8 am and 10 am.

If the sponsor requires more than four staff members, they must use a quantity of the 10 Free General Admission Entries.

VENDOR AGREEMENT, REGULATIONS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION

 

NO EXCEPTIONS

The deadline for us to receive your final payment is August 30, we will resell your space and you will lose your deposit. You may pay in full at the time you send in your application, which would be greatly appreciated. We accept All Major Credit Cards. Remember to make a copy for yourself and mail the original copy to :

Performance Entertainment 100 Security Dr. Fairfield Ohio 45014.

You will be notified of your acceptance.

 

REFUNDS

We will not be offering refunds due to bad weather or under any other circumstance.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items will not be displayed, sold, or dispersed: Firearms, pornography of any kind, controlled substances of any kind, drug-related paraphernalia, fireworks, or offensive or profane items. Prostitution and gambling are strictly prohibited. There will be no outside food or beverages without prior written approval from Performance Entertainment, LLC. Performance Entertainment, LLC has the option of removing the vendor from the lot without the refund of any vendor fee payment. Performance Entertainment, LLC will have exclusive rights to all event novelties

(i.e. t-shirts, event pins, etc.).

 

** Performance Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to refuse (prior to) OR remove during the event any vendor whose products are not compatible with the above set of rules. Please ask about any questionable items in advance.

 


 

SALES TAX

Vendor shall comply with all Ohio state laws and local ordinances regarding the sale of specialty items. The undersigned agrees and understands that they are responsible for the distribution of all applicable state and/or local sales tax to proper agencies.

 

VENDOR SPACES

Vendor spaces may not be split, shared, resold or subleased. The use of generators is permitted, after approval from an authorized Performance Entertainment, LLC employee. All vendors with rigs and/or trailers to be displayed must call first to arrive at the assigned time in order to be placed in the vendor area.

SECURITY

Security will be provided through the night; however Performance Entertainment, LLC cannot be responsible for any losses. If you have any other problems during the event, there will be several staff members on site to assist you.
